Pitchrocket operates as a Venture Studio. By using our platform to "Launch a Project," you enter into a preliminary agreement to discuss a technical equity partnership. Standard equity ranges are 15%&hypen;25%, subject to a separate Project Participation Agreement (PPA).
While founders retain the "Idea" and specific business logic, the "Pitchrocket Engine"—including our proprietary math toolchains, high-performance C++ modules, and architectural scaffolding—remains the property of Pitchrocket unless explicitly transferred in writing.
You must be of legal age (18+) to enter into equity agreements. Providing a false Date of Birth is grounds for immediate partnership termination and loss of access to the engineering repository.
